Zeynalyan Dismissed from the Position of Minister of Justice by Presidential Decree
The President of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, has dismissed Artak Zeynalyan from the position of Minister of Justice, according to a statement from the Public Relations Department of the President's Office.
“Based on the Prime Minister's proposal and in accordance with Article 131 of the Constitution, as well as part 1 of Article 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government, Artak Zeynalyan is relieved of the duties of Minister of Justice,” the decree states.
