After the voting, the governor of Kotayk returned to the polling station following reports of irregularities. Commission member Venera Gyulinyan was found to have placed a list in the guide, which contained names and phone numbers.
In an interview with the correspondent of 'Aparaj' news outlet, the commission member explained that this is a leftover list from previous elections. According to her, this list is unrelated to the current elections.
