Robert Kocharyan's Rights Violated, Court Acknowledges
At the Shengavit Court of General Jurisdiction in Yerevan, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, a court hearing was held regarding the property seizure of the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan.
“The court has acknowledged the violation of Robert Kocharyan’s rights. The appeal regarding the elimination of the violation of Robert Kocharyan’s rights, including the demand to remove investigator Musheghyan from the case, was rejected,” read the decision by Anna Danibekyan.
The court noted that as a result of the investigator's decision, Robert Kocharyan's rights had been violated, while it did not make a ruling on the lifting of the property seizure, leaving it to the discretion of the judge handling the main case.
