Why David Tonoyan's Advisor Attended Kocharian Supporters' Rally: Details from 'Zhoghovurd'

According to the 'Zhoghovurd' newspaper, David Tonoyan's advisor, former head of the Presidential Oversight Service Vahram Barseghyan, recently attended a rally of Robert Kocharian's supporters.

In a conversation with 'Zhoghovurd', Barseghyan stated that his relationship with Kocharian is not political and that he attended the meeting to personally deliver a gift from the governor of Saint Petersburg - a military professional binocular.

“Please do not politicize this meeting. I went to find out Robert Kocharian's condition and to take the opportunity to personally hand him the gift conveyed by the governor of Saint Petersburg,” he said, adding, “I have discussed this with Mr. Tonoyan. We shared our thoughts and completely understood each other.”
