Russia Grants Residency Rights to Mihran Poghosyan: 'Factinfo'
According to 'Factinfo', Mihran Poghosyan, the former head of the National Security Service, has been granted temporary residency rights by the Russian Federation for several months.
It is noted that this temporary residency can be extended multiple times until a decision is made regarding his request for political asylum. This situation is similar to that of Edward Snowden, who, accused of espionage and misappropriation of state property, was granted temporary asylum in Russia since 2013, followed later by a three-year residency permit.
