Jamanak: Armenia Negotiates for 4th Military Loan from Russia
Jamanak newspaper reports that Armenia is negotiating for a fourth military loan of $100 million from Russia.
This initiative aims not only to enhance Armenia's defense capabilities, but the Armenian authorities are also making efforts to persuade Russia that Armenia does not intend to change its foreign policy orientation, and the most vivid evidence of this is the deepening of military-technical cooperation.
The Russians are providing the loan, but they remain skeptical about the sincerity of the new authorities.
