The Circumstances of the April War to Be Examined by the Commission Led by Andranik Kocharyan

To investigate the circumstances surrounding the military actions that took place in April 2016, a Parliamentary Inquiry Commission has been established, announced the Speaker of the National Assembly, Ararat Mirzoyan, during a session today.

According to him, the commission was created based on the signatures of 47 members of the National Assembly, giving it legal authority.

In accordance with the constitutional law regulating the National Assembly, the powers of the Inquiry Commission will be carried out by the Permanent Committee on Defense and Security of the National Assembly.
