Emergency Incident in Yerevan: Young Man Stabs Brother and Then Himself

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan today, May 31. Around 07:40, an emergency medical team transported two individuals with injuries from sharp cutting and piercing objects to the Heratsi University Hospital.

As reported by photo journalist Gagik Shamshyan, police have determined that the injured are siblings: 26-year-old A.K. and 24-year-old A.K. According to G. Shamshyan, the 26-year-old brother attempted to harm himself at home, and when his younger brother noticed and tried to intervene, the elder brother inflicted several knife wounds on his younger sibling before also harming himself.

Thanks to the timely actions of the doctors at Heratsi University Hospital, it was possible to save the lives of the brothers; however, they will remain under medical supervision for several days.
