Criminal Case Initiated Based on Findings from the State Audit Office at the 'Armenian Youth Foundation': Special Investigation Service
The State Audit Office of Armenia has sent the results of its studies conducted at the 'Armenian Youth Foundation' to the Special Investigation Service, where a criminal case has been initiated.
This information was provided by Marina Ohanyan, the spokesperson for the Special Investigation Service, in a conversation with Tert.am.
Ohanyan stated, "The materials from the State Audit Office regarding the 'Armenian Youth Foundation' have been sent to the Special Investigation Service, where a criminal case has been opened based on Article 308 of the Criminal Code of Armenia. The materials of the case have been forwarded to the Investigative Committee for further investigation."
It is noteworthy that Article 308 of the Criminal Code of Armenia stipulates the abuse of official authority.
