Serzh Sargsyan's Purpose for Visiting Artsakh Revealed

According to the newspaper "Zhamanak," Serzh Sargsyan's recent presence in Artsakh over the past week is aimed at preventing former and current officials from Artsakh from taking a series of unconsidered actions.

Sargsyan is currently playing a buffer role against planned reckless actions by the Armenian authorities, thus preventing potential escalation of conflict between the governments of Armenia and Artsakh.
