Artsakh Does Not Participate in Celebratory Events in Armenia for the First Time: Arshavir Gharamyan

Artsakh hero, Lieutenant General Arshavir Gharamyan, congratulated everyone on the occasion of the Day of the First Republic of Armenia, which has become a symbol of the revival of Armenian statehood, on his Facebook page.

“I wish peace and great successes. May God protect the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian people.”
