A KamAZ Truck Overturns Near Armenikum Clinic, Collapsing Adjacent Wall
On May 27, at 12:03 PM, the 911 service received a call reporting that a truck loaded with dirt had overturned behind the Armenikum clinical center in Yerevan, with no injuries reported. Emergency rescue services were requested.
A fire and rescue unit was dispatched from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, along with an operational group from the National Crisis Management Center.
It was determined that a KamAZ truck (loaded with 8 cubic meters of gravel) had flipped over in front of one of the houses on Amaranocani 1st Street, collapsing a stone wall along the road (approximately 80 square meters) and a metal fence (about 100 square meters). The incident also damaged power lines, approximately 10 meters of sewage pipe, and the gas pipeline of one of the houses. No injuries were reported.
Before the rescuers arrived on the scene, citizens had shut off the valve of the gas pipeline and stopped the leak.
The rescuers disconnected the truck from the power supply.
