Schoolboy with Brain Injury Regains Consciousness

A few days ago, a fight broke out among students at Yeghegnadzor’s Number 1 Primary School, resulting in one child suffering severe injuries. He was airlifted to Yerevan’s Saint Astvatsamayr Medical Center. This was reported by the medical center's Facebook page.

The 15-year-old boy sustained a cranial injury and was initially taken to Yeghegnadzor’s hospital, where first aid was provided, intubation was performed, and artificial respiration was administered before he was transferred to Yerevan.

The medical center reports that the boy was diagnosed with a closed cranial injury, brain concussion, a fracture of the lower wall of the left orbit, left-sided hemopolis, and lung infiltration. Upon admission to the medical center, the boy's overall condition was assessed as very critical.

Today, the boy's life is no longer in danger, and he has regained consciousness. His condition is improving, and his spirits are high.
