Identity of Individual Selling Soaps Marked 'MoD' Revealed

The Military Police has identified an individual in Gyumri involved in the sale of soaps marked with 'MoD' (Ministry of Defense).

The Ministry of Defense reports the following: “On May 23, a Facebook user posted a photo on their page and added a comment, informing that soaps manufactured by order of the Ministry of Defense were being sold in Gyumri's market.

As a result of measures taken by employees of the Ministry of Defense's Gyumri Police Department, the identity of the individual selling soaps marked 'MoD' in the market on Shahumyan street of Gyumri has been established. This individual is G. M., a resident of Mazmanyan street in Gyumri, born in 1936. On May 24, at 09:00, during an inspection of the street vendor's table in front of building 26 on Shahumyan street in Gyumri's central market, as well as an iron container meant for storing the items being sold by G. M., 20 pieces of handmade soap, weighing a total of 2 kg with the 'MoD' marking, were discovered.

Materials are being prepared on the fact by the Ministry of Defense's Gyumri Police Department.
