An Employee of the Government Staff Among Those Who Blocked the Ajapnyak Court

Former Human Rights Defender of Artsakh Ruben Melikyan writes on his Facebook page: “Dear friends, I was mistaken. Not all those who blocked the Ajapnyak Court are employees of the municipality.

Based on information transmitted by broad public masses, it has been revealed that among those who blocked the court was also a representative of the Executive, Mr. Sasun Mkrtumyan, an employee of the Government staff (standing above Deputy Mayor Aram Manukyan with arms crossed). He is probably also a member of the ruling Civil Contract Party.
