Court Sides with 'Serj's Vacho' in Lawsuit Against High-Ranking Officials Ethics Commission

The Administrative Court of Armenia, presided over by Judge Gevorg Sosunyan, has just ruled in favor of Vachagan Ghazaryan (known as 'Serj's Vacho'), the former head of Serzh Sargsyan's security, in his lawsuit against the High-Ranking Officials Ethics Commission.

The court mandated the commission to destroy Vachagan Ghazaryan and his wife's 2017 and 2018 annual disclosure declarations, and awarded him 4,000 AMD as court expenses.

After the ruling, Vachagan Ghazaryan expressed his gratitude to the judge.

It is noteworthy that Vachagan Ghazaryan was released on a bail of 50 million AMD. He has compensated for the damages caused by the crime.
