The North Avenue Should Be for the Wealthy, While We Live in the Third Sector, Says Prime Minister
During a government meeting today, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated, "I don't know how many people in our government live on North Avenue. It’s not even necessary for a government member to live there. That place should be for those who have earned millions through legal and fair means and have the opportunity to buy a house with what they have earned. As for us, we should live in the Third sector," which elicited laughter from those present.
Pashinyan added, "Of course, we can temporarily not live there," referencing his move from his residence in the Third sector to the official government residence.
The Prime Minister concluded, "Although the Third sector is not bad; it’s a very good place."
