Sanitek Fined Again
The company Sanitek has been fined approximately 26 million AMD due to shortcomings and unfulfilled work under the contract signed with the Yerevan municipality.
The Yerevan municipality has informed that Sanitek was fined as a result of violations recorded in administrative districts of the capital. The company received 26 million AMD less from the amount due for its services in April.
It is noteworthy that according to the contract, a penalty of 0.5% of the contract amount is stipulated for each day of delay in fulfilling the contracted tasks.
