The newspaper 'Zhamanak' reports: 'According to information from 'Zhamanak', a rather significant appointment took place recently in the government.
Specifically, Jahar Hovhannisyan, who was released from his position as Deputy Head of the State Revenue Committee's Operational Department in February of this year, and who has a rather dark past and was part of the former corrupt system, has been appointed as an advisor to the Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technologies, Hakob Arshakyan.
