Video: Pickpocket Apprehended on Mashots Avenue

On April 29, officers from the 6th division of the criminal investigation department of the Yerevan police received operational information about a pickpocketing incident. This was reported on the official website of the RA Police.

Based on this information, operational search measures were undertaken, and at 3:30 PM, police apprehended 28-year-old Armen H. near 42 Mashots Ave. on suspicion of theft.

It was discovered that just before being apprehended, Armen H. secretly stole a wallet from one of the passengers on a public bus, which contained cash, a driver's license, banking, and other cards.

The stolen items have been recovered. Materials have been prepared on the incident, and the investigation is ongoing.
