What Serzh Sargsyan Was Doing in Artsakh: 'Hraparak'

Hraparak reports: “Did Serzh Sargsyan return from Artsakh? What was he doing there?” we asked our source from Artsakh. “Well, you have written that Mnacakanian Lyova had an occasion; it was Vazgen's 60th anniversary, he went to the monasteries of Gchavank and Amarass.” But why were there no details released in the statement from the joint meeting of the Security Council, just general formulations? “It was a very extensive discussion covering all directions; everything was discussed, including Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora strategic programs. It’s clear that without the economy, there can be no security. There is an agreement not to publicize the topics.”
