Black Ice, Closed and Difficult-to-Navigate Roads
The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of February 23 at 20:00, there are closed and difficult-to-navigate roads in the territory of Armenia.
The Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks with trailers and is difficult for passenger cars to navigate.
The Sotk-Karvachar road is currently difficult to navigate.
In the Aparan region of Aragatsotn province, there is black ice in some areas.
Drivers are advised to travel exclusively on winter tires.

According to the Road Department of the Ministry of Regional Development and Infrastructure of Georgia, the Stepanavan-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
According to information received from the Main Department of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in North Ossetia, there are piled-up vehicles on the Russian side.
