Mairapetyan to be Allowed to Leave the Country

Hraparak reports that the Investigative Committee has granted permission for Samvel Mairapetyan to travel abroad. He is set to depart for medical treatment outside the country as early as tomorrow.

It is important to note that this decision comes following the European Court's ruling, which expedited the examination of Mairapetyan's application and granted his request against the Republic of Armenia.

Additionally, Mairapetyan's pre-trial restrictions were altered on December 26, with his release secured by a bail of 30 million drams. On the same day, he was hospitalized, and has remained in the hospital since then.
