Ex-MP Manvel Grigoryan's Detention Appeal Hearing Continues
The appeal hearing against the decision of the first instance court regarding the application of bail for former MP and General Manvel Grigoryan continues at the Court of Appeals, presided over by Judge Arsen Nikoghosyan.
It is noteworthy that Manvel Grigoryan was detained on June 19, following a decision by Judge Marine Melkonyan of the Yerevan General Jurisdiction Court. He faces charges of illegally acquiring military supplies and, in collaboration with his wife Nazik Amiryan, daughter Aytsemnik Grigoryan, as well as residents of Ejmiadzin city, Seyran Azaryan and Armen Hakobyan, for keeping these items in properties belonging to him. Additionally, he is charged with theft of particularly large amounts of property entrusted to him through misappropriation, in agreement with a group of individuals.
