The Collapse of the Wall at 23 Arami Street Resulted from Disorganized and Irrational Tug-of-War, Says Arthur Meschyan
Yerevan's chief architect Arthur Meschyan stated that the collapse of the wall at 23 Arami Street was symbolic, as it resulted from a rather disorganized and irrational tug-of-war.
According to the chief architect of the capital, the issue of reinforcing the wall adjacent to the construction site at 23 Arami had been discussed for about three months, with projects presented that were not approved by the Ministry of Culture.
