VIDEO: Garo Paylan Congratulates Pashinyan in Armenian at the Parliament

During a budget discussion at the Turkish Parliament, Garo Paylan, an Armenian MP from the pro-Kurdish Peoples' Democratic Party (HDP), addressed the recent snap parliamentary elections in Armenia and their outcomes.

Paylan congratulated the Armenian people, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and his associates from the Turkish Parliament: "Immediately after the elections, honorable Mr. Pashinyan announced that they are ready to establish relations with Turkey without preconditions and hope that Turkey is also ready. Here, I would like to call on the parliament and the President of the Republic of Turkey to respond constructively to this announcement."
