Court Refuses to Release 'Serzh's Vachoy' on Bail
The court has rejected the request to release Vachagan Ghazaryan, the former head of the security service of former President Serzh Sargsyan, on bail. This information was reported to the media by Ghazaryan's lawyer, Armen Harutyunyan.
It is noteworthy that Vachagan Ghazaryan is being prosecuted for illegal enrichment. He has already been released on bail once, but was re-arrested on November 15. For his second release on bail, the lawyer had offered 5 million drams.
