Polling Station Without Power, Member of Tsarukyan Alliance Reported Drunk
The polling station number 9/52 in Yerevan is currently without power. Members of the commission are trying to ascertain the reasons behind the outage.
According to Daniel Ioannisyan, a representative of the Independent Observer public alliance, "The member of the Central Electoral Commission from the Tsarukyan alliance is drunk at polling station 4/32." This information was shared via the ArmVote Telegram channel.
Additionally, election campaign posters have been affixed near the precincts 9/7, 9/8, 9/9, and 9/10 located in the Nalbandian School No. 33 in Yerevan.
