Robert Kocharian Currently at NSS
Robert Kocharian is currently at the "Yerevan Center" penitentiary institution, waiting for the investigator. This was stated by one of Kocharian's lawyers, Haik Alumyanz, during a conversation with journalists.
“Mr. Kocharian is at NSS at the moment, and the investigator has not yet arrived with the corresponding decision; he is waiting for the investigator to bring the decision,” said Alumyanz.
It should be noted that today the Court of Appeals upheld the decision of the first instance court and rejected the appeals of the defense lawyers. This means that Kocharian will soon be detained.
