Will Kocharian Lose His Immunity? The Court is Making a Decision
The Court of Appeals has just left for a consultative room to make a decision regarding the preventive measure for Robert Kocharian.
In a conversation with journalists, Kocharian's lawyer Hayk Alumyann stated that the court will announce its decision on December 7th at 16:00.
It is noteworthy that the court has been examining the appeal submitted by the defense for 5 days now.
Recall that the Appeal Court is investigating the appeal against the preventive measure of detention for Armenia's second president, Robert Kocharian, who is accused in the 'March 1' case, on the grounds of immunity.
Yesterday, the court session, which lasted about 7 hours, was interrupted due to the end of the working day.
