Re-examination of the Measure of Restraint for Kocharian Has Begun
The examination of the appeal for the decision to lift the measure of restraint imposed on the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharian, has resumed on the grounds of immunity. The hearing is taking place at the Court of Appeals of Armenia.
During the session, Kocharian's defense attorney, Hayk Alumian, will continue to present the appeal.
