Decision Made in Samvel Mayrapetyan's Case
The Yerevan City Court of General Jurisdiction has extended the detention period of businessman Samvel Mayrapetyan by two months. This was reported to Tert.am by the court.
The court rejected a motion submitted by Mayrapetyan's lawyer regarding the application of bail.
It is noteworthy that Mayrapetyan has been charged under Article 38-311 of the RA Criminal Code for aiding bribery. Mayrapetyan does not accept the charges against him.
Recall that the Special Investigation Service detained businessman Samvel Mayrapetyan on October 6.
