Ministry of Defense Issues Statement
The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia has issued a statement: "The Ministry of Defense informs that on September 1, during the hours of 13:00-18:00, blasting operations will take place approximately 1 kilometer east of the village of Berkaber in Tavush province (10 explosions). The ministry requests the local population to take note of this information," the statement reads.
