28-Year-Old Woman Charged with Killing 43-Year-Old Man Living with Her: Police

On August 30, at 20:40, the National Police's 112 operational management center received a report that a 43-year-old man diagnosed with "stab wound" had been transferred to a medical facility but had died. This was reported by the Police of the Republic of Armenia.

As a result of urgent operational-investigative measures taken by officers of the Criminal Police Department of the Armavir Region and the Community Police Department of Vagharschapat, it was revealed that, according to preliminary data, the man had argued over household issues with a 28-year-old woman who was living in the same building. The woman, being in an intoxicated state, stabbed him with a knife.

The 28-year-old woman has been located, arrested, and transferred to the Community Police Department of Vagharschapat. All circumstances of the incident are being clarified. An investigation is underway.
