Shooting During Party in Switzerland

A 22-year-old woman has died and five others have been injured following a shooting at a rave party in the city of Aarau, Switzerland. Several of the injured are reported to be in serious condition. According to police, all the victims are residents of Switzerland. The deceased woman succumbed to gunshot wounds at the scene.

Among the five injured are four men and one woman, aged between 24 and 27. The gunfire erupted around 2:30 AM on Sunday during a techno event expected to draw approximately 3,500 attendees. Eyewitnesses reported that some attendees attempted to seek refuge behind the DJ booth.

Police have launched a large-scale search operation, blocking several areas of the city. The identity and motive of the attacker remain unknown.
