Explosion at Gas Station in Zugdidi, Georgia: Two Injured

An explosion occurred at a gas station in Zugdidi, Georgia, resulting in injuries to two individuals, according to TV Pirveli. The explosion took place in the village of Chitakari. Eyewitnesses reported that the blast was so powerful it was heard throughout Zugdidi.

Following the explosion, a fire broke out, damaging several nearby structures, including a residential house. Windows were shattered, facades were damaged, and several vehicles were burned. One of the affected structures was a well-known gas station.

Emergency response teams and patrol police are currently working at the scene. No information regarding casualties has been released yet.
