I've Already Decided on a Name: Angel, Says Young Man Who Found Abandoned Newborn
I've already decided on a name: Angel. She is a real angel. This was stated by the young man who found the newborn in an interview with MediaHub.
“I went to see her again yesterday. I bought new clothes and took all the necessary items for the newborn. I'm going to the hospital again now. They said she would be discharged in about 20 days, and I am already preparing for that,” he recounted.
However, in Narek's family, the question of adopting the child is not currently being discussed. He has a 4-year-old son. His wife also wants the family to support the little one as much as possible, but as Narek says, his wife is not yet psychologically prepared to make a decision about adoption.
“We are not discussing that issue. There are hundreds of families that do not have children and are on the waiting list for adoption. If there is a family that has been waiting for a child for many years, I believe that should be taken into account as well. We are ready to do everything on our part to ensure that Angel is cared for and never feels alone,” Narek said.
According to him, the story of the little girl has deeply moved him, and now the most important thing for him is that the girl grows up healthy and finds herself in a safe, loving environment as soon as possible.
“I can’t just leave her and walk away. I will help as much as I can. Let life decide how everything will work out later,” said Narek Petrosyan.
It should be noted that there is currently no information about the biological parents of the girl found at 13 Halabyan Street on August 10. Law enforcement agencies have not yet clarified the circumstances under which the newborn was left in the yard of the building and who abandoned her there.
