Broad Supervision in Food Delivery Sector Begins: Statement from the Food Safety Inspection Body
The Food Safety Inspection Body (FSIB) has reminded that extensive supervisory measures will commence on August 1, 2026, aimed at regulating the food delivery sector.
The FSIB reported that the deadline for organizations and individuals involved in delivery to complete the process of medical examinations and obtaining sanitary books has already passed.
The inspection body has once again urged strict adherence to legal requirements, stating that it will publish not only the recorded violations but also the names of partner organizations that have diligently complied with the requirements of the RA Law on Food Safety.
