Iran Threatens to Return the Region to the Stone Age
Attempts to swiftly defeat Iran and enforce its capitulation are unrealistic, stated Rezaei, a representative of Iran's Parliament's National Security Committee.
According to Rezaei, any efforts to deliver a rapid and devastating blow to the country, as well as to impose capitulation, are purely illusory. He noted that in the event of an attack, Tehran's response would be so destructive that it would 'return the entire region and its infrastructure to the Stone Age.'
The Iranian official also urged potential adversaries to 'not undertake any foolish actions,' emphasizing that avoiding aggressive measures serves their interests and would help prevent a catastrophic escalation.
