Speaking about the restrictions on flower imports from Russia to Armenia, Kocharian noted: “Yesterday’s response is simply a very bad sign. I know that country very well, I read between the lines what those officials are saying: they say, ‘You have a problem with this government, and the restrictions they have already imposed on flower exports will directly harm thousands of people.’ Honestly, I don’t understand. Okay, you’ve entered a campaign, can’t you keep your tongue in place, at least don’t touch big states, just stay calm,” he said.
