Incident at Polyclinic Over Civil Contract Map

According to a report received by the Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee, on May 14, 2026, at the polyclinic in the Tashir community, N.P. noticed a map given by the leader of the ‘Civil Contract’ party attached to N.G.'s neck, which led him to insult N.G. and demand that he leave the polyclinic, stating that the area belongs to S.K. After that, N.P. threatened to stab him with a knife and subsequently pulled the map from N.G.'s neck, causing N.G. to feel unwell, collapse, and sustain a head injury from hitting the ground.

A criminal case has been initiated based on the report under Article 194, Part 2, Point 8 of the Criminal Code (psychological influence on grounds of hatred, intolerance, or animosity based on political or other views) and Article 297, Part 1 (hooliganism). The individual has been arrested.
