Tadevos Avetisyan's Parliamentary Powers Terminated
Tadevos Avetisyan's parliamentary powers have been terminated. In accordance with the resignation application submitted by the parliament member and guided by the provisions of Article 154, part 1, clause 6 and Article 155, part 2, clause 2 of the Constitutional Law on the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the powers of Tadevos Avetisyan, who was elected from the national electoral list of the 'Armenia' faction, have been suspended.
This was stated in a note signed by the President of the National Assembly of Armenia, Alen Simonyan.
It is noteworthy that Tadevos Avetisyan was elected as a member of the Competition and Consumer Protection Committee on March 26. On the same day, he submitted an application for the termination of his parliamentary powers.
