Lavrov Discusses Cooperation with Iran
Russia does not provide Iran with intelligence information within the framework of its conflict with the United States and Israel. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in an interview with France Télévisions.
He noted that Moscow has transferred certain military significance products to Tehran, but denies claims that it supports intelligence data. According to Lavrov, the coordinates of American military bases located in the Gulf countries are known in the region and do not constitute classified information.
The minister also expressed that he is not surprised that Iran is striking these facilities. At the same time, Western media, particularly the Wall Street Journal, had previously published information suggesting that Russia might expand its military cooperation with Iran, including the provision of satellite imagery and drone technologies.
