Armenia needs a combat-ready army, a strong leader, and powerful allies, declared Robert Kocharyan, the prime ministerial candidate of the 'Armenia' alliance and the second President of Armenia.
“I will not rest until this government is removed. But that's not enough. Those who are guilty of the deaths of our thousands of heroes must be held accountable, those who handed over Artsakh and who force our people to forget their heroic past,” stated Robert Kocharyan.
