Zelensky Does Not Actually Want Peace, Lavrov Says

If the Ukrainian delegation arrived in Abu Dhabi with declared security guarantees, this once again confirms that Vladimir Zelensky does not actually want peace, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has stated.

“I don’t know what will be offered to our delegation in Abu Dhabi. Mark Rutte spoke yesterday in Kyiv about security guarantees,” the Russian foreign minister told RT in an interview.

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte announced that the armed forces of the 'volunteers coalition' would be present on the ground, at sea, and in the air in Ukraine immediately after the signing of a peace agreement with Russia. The NATO Secretary General added that other NATO members would “support in different ways.”
