Store Owner Cleans Snow and Tells Me I Should Pay for It: Avinyan

There have been no significant issues with snow removal on primary and secondary roads, but I am dissatisfied with the work done by the administrative districts. This was stated by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan.

"The store owner cleans the snow and tells me I should pay for it. Private entrepreneurs were not informed that they have an obligation to clear the snow in front of their establishments," said Tigran Avinyan.
