Three individuals have been hospitalized with stab wounds in Charentsavan, one of whom has died after failing to regain consciousness. Measures are being taken to uncover all circumstances surrounding the incident, as stated by the spokesperson for the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Narek Sargsyan, to Auroranews.
According to information from Shamshyan.com, the deceased is 23-year-old Seiran Khalafyan, a resident of the Kotayk region.
