Judge Arshak Petrosyan Receives a Warning
According to the decision of the Judicial Council, a warning was issued to Arshak Petrosyan, a judge of the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction.
The motion to initiate disciplinary proceedings against the judge was submitted by the Minister of Justice, Surbhi Galayan. Four members of the Judicial Council opposed the warning, voting in favor of a 'reprimand' sanction.
