During a session of the Yerevan City Council, Mayor Tigran Avinyan put to a vote a package of non-reported projects. During this time, a member of the 'Mother Armenia' faction exclaimed, 'Whoever voted is pro-Nikol.' The mayor replied, 'You are not in your yard. I apologize for my expression, but you are not in the street. Be a bit more restrained in your expressions.'
