US Ambassador on Baku-Yerevan Peace Process and Opening of Armenia-Turkey Border
The energy corridor between Syria and Turkey, as well as between Turkey and Azerbaijan, could be extremely beneficial. This was stated by the US Ambassador to Turkey, Tom Barak, during the "Middle East and Africa 2025" event.
He emphasized Turkey's crucial role for both Azerbaijan and Armenia.
According to Barak, after the signing of the Baku-Yerevan peace agreement, hopes will arise for the opening of the Armenia-Turkey border.
“If the route from the Caspian Sea to the Mediterranean Sea is extended, it will resolve all regional energy issues,” said US Ambassador Tom Barak in Turkey.
